    We accept various forms of payment, including cash, PayPal, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. Payment details will be provided at the time of ordering.
  • Do you offer baking classes or workshops?
    Yes, we run a beginner's baking course starting soon, you can book a course via the website on my services section.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • Do you have a storefront where I can purchase your baked goods?
    Currently, we operate as a home-based bakery and accept orders online or by phone. However, we're working towards opening our own cafe in the future, so stay tuned for updates!
  • How far in advance should I place my order?
    We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for custom cakes and large orders which will need to be 7 days. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. Payments need to be made a week in advance where possible.
  • Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
    Absolutely! We offer a variety of options for different dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options. Just let us know your requirements when placing your order. Can not guarantee nut free options..
  • Can I order cakes for corporate events?
    Absolutely! We offer cakes and baked goods for all occasions, including corporate events, office parties, and meetings. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    Yes, we offer delivery within a certain radius from our location. Delivery charges may apply depending on the distance.
  • Do you offer cake tastings?
    Yes, we offer cake tastings for wedding and special occasion cakes. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
