Pricing
At A Taste of Heaven, I believe in fair and transparent pricing that reflects the quality, skill and time invested in each bake. The pricing is structured as follows:

Base price (Ingredients and overheads)
Each cake, brownie or baked good has a base price, which covers:
-
high-quality ingrediants
-
Overheads (electricity, packaging, rent, equipment maintenance)
-
Business sustainability (profit margin for reinvestment)
Base prices vary depending on the size and type of bake. You can find a starting price guide below.

Labour costs (custom designs & complexity)
Labour costs are calculated separately based on:
-
Time spent baking, decorating and assembling
-
Complexity of the design
-
Additional custom elements (hand-painted details, sugar flowers, intricate piping, ect.)
Once I have the full design details from you, I will provide a final labour cost estimate before confirming your order.

Estimated labour rates
To give you an idea, labour costs typically range from:
-
£12-£20 per hour for standard cakes
-
£20-£30 per hour for highly detailed or custom cakes
The total labour cost depends on the hours required to complete your order.
